The information you choose to share.

When you submit an experience enquiry, RESERVD receives the information entered in the form. This may include your name, email, telephone and WhatsApp details, group and travel preferences, dietary information, referral source and any notes you choose to include.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry details to review and respond to your request, understand your stated preferences and continue the conversation about a possible experience. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for the enquiry.

Storage and service providers

Enquiry information is stored in the application database. Providers that operate, secure or support the website and its database may process information on RESERVD's behalf. Information may also be shared with a hotel, airline, event, ticketing or other supplier only as needed to discuss or fulfil arrangements you request and subject to the applicable proposal.

Payments and marketing

The enquiry form does not accept payments and does not request payment-card details. The current website does not enable advertising pixels or sell enquiry information. Any future marketing communications or tracking will require the applicable notice, choices and consent.

Browser preferences and analytics

The website stores your dark or light appearance preference in your browser's local storage. This is used to remember your theme choice, not to identify you. Production page analytics may be provided by Vercel Analytics. No advertising pixels are configured in the current site build.

Retention and security

Enquiry details are retained only as long as needed for the enquiry, applicable business records and legal obligations. Access to production systems and database information should be limited to authorized personnel. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Providing an enquiry is optional. You may ask RESERVD to provide, correct or delete information you have submitted, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact privacy@reservd.club or use the contact page.

Updates and questions

This notice may be updated as the website and RESERVD services evolve. Data-controller identity, retention periods and jurisdiction-specific rights must be verified with qualified privacy counsel before launch.
