1. RESERVD and the experience

RESERVD is an independent experience-curation brand. Event, hotel, airline, ticketing, transport, dining and activity services may be provided by third parties. Unless expressly stated in writing with authorization, no official affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement is implied.

2. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry is a request for follow-up only. It does not hold availability, create a booking, reserve inventory, guarantee event access or require payment. A booking is confirmed only after RESERVD confirms availability, the guest accepts the specific written proposal, required payment is received and any required guest documentation is provided.

3. Proposals, pricing and payment

Any price applies only to the inclusions, party size, travel option and supplier arrangements stated in the written proposal. Taxes, fees, deposit or full-payment requirements, deadlines, payment method and any applicable service fee will be described before acceptance. Do not send payment details through this website enquiry form.

4. Accommodation and flights

Accommodation is subject to availability and the room category confirmed in the proposal. Hotel facilities, meal arrangements and operating hours are subject to hotel policy. Flight-inclusive arrangements are subject to airline availability and fare conditions, including schedule, baggage, seat selection, changes and cancellation terms.

5. Events and tickets

Event details, timings, venue access, ticket category, transferability and event benefits are governed by the event organiser and ticketing provider. Organizer or VIP benefits are not promised unless confirmed in writing. Event details may change or be postponed or cancelled under the organizer's terms.

6. Experiences and suppliers

Activities, dining, transport and other arrangements may change due to weather, operational requirements or supplier availability. Applicable supplier terms may apply to services included in a confirmed proposal.

7. Guest responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and traveller information, obtaining valid travel documents and identification, and following applicable hotel, transport, venue and event rules. Any specific guest documentation requirements will be communicated before confirmation.

8. Changes, cancellation and force majeure

Changes, cancellations, refunds and disruptions are subject to the confirmed proposal and relevant supplier terms. Events outside a party's reasonable control may affect the experience. See the refund and cancellation information for the current draft framework.

9. Privacy

Information submitted through the enquiry form is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.

10. Website information and legal review

Website information may change and is not a guarantee of availability or a final proposal. These general website terms do not replace the guest agreement for any confirmed package. Governing law, jurisdiction, supplier liability and booking-specific terms must be reviewed and completed by qualified legal counsel before launch and before accepting bookings.
